REFLECTION ’10 – AN ALUMNI MEET (THE ANNUAL DAY), organized by the INDIRA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT, (MBA and MCA departments) held on 23rd January 2010. The function was presided by the Hon’ble Chief Guest, Smt. Priya Dutt, Lok Sabha MP, in the presence of the Hon’ble Chairperson (IGI), Ms. Tarita Shankar, Group Director (IGI), Mr. Chetan Wakalkar and Director Indira Institute of Management, Dr.(Mrs.) Prachee Javadekar, faculty members and students.
In First session of the event was interactive session between alumni and their alma-matter i.e.“PANEL DISCCUSION” was held which saw very innovative exchange of ideas between students and alumni. MR. SHIVA NATRAJAN 1st batch alumni of IIMP very rightly said "This Day is the right platform for alumni to reconnect with faculty and fellow graduates to enhance and to get readymade exposure to corporate life.”
The second half of REFLECTIONS saw Interactive session between students and ALUMNI . In this session student had face to face interactions with alumni to clear their doubts about corporate life, how to choose their job profile, how to prepare for interviews etc. Alumni from their side were also very open and frank for the questions that were coming their way.
The core session of the function was the third session which was held in “DHRUV AUDITORIUM” which had Smt. Priya Dutt (Hon’ble Member of Parliament) as chief guest. The session also had an award giving ceremony. Smt. Priya Dutt presented the two prestigious awards along with a cash prize to the alumni – Asset of Indira and Star of Indira, and one award to the promising student of current batch i.e. Brand of Indira, which felicitates the exceptional performance of the students in academics, placements and management skills, in the recent past.

3. Star of Indira: Mr. Chandan Singh
Last but not least, to make Reflections ’10 a grand event this time, we got valuable guidance from DR.(Mrs.) Prachee Javadekar, Prof. Pandit Mali and all the faculty members and staff members of IIMP. The faculty coordinator for REFLECTIONS’ 10 was Prof. Pallavi Sajanapwar, Who has given very valuable inputs for grant success of the event.
